Our Classes

The educational programs at Wheaton Bible Church Preschool were created with our children’s needs in mind: to mature and develop in a safe yet stimulating environment. Take a look below to learn more about each program.

Older 2-Year Olds/Young Threes

Our older two’s/yong three's class is designed as a first preschool experience. Our two’s/young three's will be meeting new friends, creating art projects, singing, learning finger-plays, playing games, listening to stories and learning through play experiences. Students are not required to be toilet trained in this class.

Students must turn 3 between June 1, and January 31.

3-Year Olds

Our 3’s program focuses on social/emotional development as they meet new friends and grow in independence. Children will create art projects, sing and learn about the world God made.

4-Year Olds

Our 4-year-old classes focus on skills for school readiness, providing many hands-on learning activities, letter and phonemic awareness, calendar time, Bible time, working together in groups, large motor skills, fine motor skills, music and playing games.

Pre-K

Our Pre-kindergarten program focuses on learning reading, math, science, and school readiness skills. It is an enriching program that is ideal for a child who would benefit from taking an additional year before starting kindergarten. Children in this class have either turned 5 over the summer or will be turning 5 by January 31st.
